Ready Nepal is at the beginning of its journey. We are not launching ready-made projects or promising quick solutions. Instead, we are taking the time to build an organisation that listens, learns and works alongside local communities to develop practical, locally led programmes.
By supporting Ready Nepal, you are helping create the foundations for work that we hope will make a lasting difference for years to come. Your support enables us to establish Ready Nepal Organisation in Nepal, build strong partnerships and develop our first programme. Along this, we commit to put in place the governance, policies and systems needed to operate responsibly and transparently.
As our work develops, we will share what we are doing, what we are learning and how your support is making a difference.

Where donations go?
As a new charity, our funding priorities are different from those of a well-established organisation. During this first phase, donations will help us build the foundations needed to deliver meaningful, locally led programmes in Nepal.
Now your support will help us to:
- Establish Ready Nepal Organisation in Nepal.
- Build partnerships with local organisations and communities.
- Develop the Return Ready Nepal Programme.
- Carry out community engagement, research and programme design.
Later: donations will increasingly support programme delivery, including activities such as financial literacy, livelihood support, vocational training, psychosocial support and community reintegration for returnee migrant workers.
We are committed to being transparent about how funds are used and will share updates on our progress, achievements and lessons learned as Ready Nepal grows.
